The company HAPPY COMMUNITY is the publishing and operating company for the site www.hairdressers.community.
Its purpose is the promotion of a hairdressers’ group.
The present General Conditions of Sale govern all of the contracts concluded from the website accessible at www.hairdressers.community

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA


As the operator of an e-commerce site, COMMUNITY is likely to gather personal data. This data will be handled in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
The policy governing the protection of personal data can be accessed on the legal notice page, which you confirm you are aware of.
The present site and the handling of personal data which results from it are subject to a declaration by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (National Commission on Informatics and Liberty, the French data privacy body) under number (pending).
It should be noted that individuals whose personal data is handled enjoy rights of access, correction and opposition to the handling of his or her personal data.

LIABILITY


Community cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any failure to carry out, or for poor execution of, contractual services set out in the chosen package.
Community cannot be held liable for, or considered to have failed to fulfil the general conditions hereto, for a delay or failure to carry them out, when the cause of the delay or failure is connected to a force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and legal system.

APPLICABLE LAW


The interpretation and execution of the general conditions of sale hereto as well as all actions which will result from them are subject exclusively to French law.
In the case of litigation occurring between the parties on the subject of the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract and the resulting services, the parties will endeavour to settle out of court.
