Who is Patrick Ahmed
the mastermind behind Community ?
A man characterised by his discretion and passion for his work, what is striking about Patrick Ahmed is his gift for teaching, his curiosity, his determination, his zero tolerance for trivialities and his informed vision of the future of hairdressing. His chosen, unorthodox career path is studded with success. Patrick criss-crosses the world for top brands, such as Chanel, Babyliss Paris and Solvay. He’s a veteran of shows, catwalk collections and shoots. A highly qualified stylist, he runs two Medley salons in Paris with an urban feel and stand-out design.
What are his strengths? Staff who operate with perfect professionalism and clients who are listened to and understood. For 20 years, Medley’s artistic and off-the-wall hairdressing collections have been photographed in black and white as a tribute to the greatest photographers, artists and cultural giants. Training is Patrick’s obsession. His calm energy pervades the Medley Academy; experienced trainers, who complement each other, develop custom-made courses.
